Advice and guidance - I can be your on-call marketing consultant, offering advice and support to help you and your team make the right choices for your business. This could range from reviewing and advising on content and social media activation to assessing the effectiveness and opportunities with your current agencies. Working in this way is like having an on-hand CMO without the hefty price tag.


Strategy development - Whether you're looking to develop a marketing strategy for the first time or refresh your current strategy, I will work with you to ensure your investment and resource is being used in the most effective way to achieve your goals. This can include performance marketing such as digital advertising or website development as well as effective brand marketing to give your company that extra boost. 


Marketing execution - If you're looking for regular, ongoing support, I can work with you on a retained basis and become an extended part of your team, managing all aspects of your marketing activity whether that means complete delivery, management of your existing team or a combination of the two. Ongoing support will include the creation of regular reporting from tactical delivery monitoring up to board level performance reports.


Campaign & project management - Managing one-off projects or campaigns can take the pressure of your existing team and allow you to flex your marketing at key times of the year or support a new product launch or customer initiative. You may be looking to try something different and don't want to distract your team from the day-to-day marketing of your business.  Whatever it is, I can work with you to make it happen.
